Apricity Horizons

“Over the years, I’ve discovered a deep calling to support individuals through life’s transitions and challenges. I’m especially passionate about helping people find empowerment within themselves as they navigate difficult moments and pursue personal growth. I also have a strong interest in helping individuals discover their “ideal sense of self” and build the confidence needed to strengthen their self-esteem. In my work, I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and others, to provide personalized, effective support. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and always tailor my approach to best support each client’s healing journey—because I truly believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to growth and healing.”
